You have to turn it on because you cannot host any domain without www. If it is OFF then turn it ON.

Maximum posts

 With this setting, you can decide how many posts will appear on the main page of your blog. Like I have set 8 posts on the homepage of my blog, you can set it according to your convenience.

Archive Frequency

You can edit this setting only if you have added the archive widget to your blog. Daily – Your posts will be archived in the daily list. Weekly – Your posts will be archived in the weekly list. Monthly – Your posts will be archived in the monthly list. Yearly – Your posts will be archived in the yearly list. Post template You don’t need to do anything in it, let it be like that.

Image lightbox 

Turn it ON. By turning it ON, if someone clicks on an image of your blog, the image will be maximized by popping up on the screen like a lightbox. If you turn it OFF, then whoever clicks on any image of your blog, the image will open in a new tab.
